in the pink

similar style sweater here, gap pink maxi skirt (last seen here), american apparel clutch, House of Harlow sunglasses, Rosenna Sammi multicolored bracelets

I know Spring is officially here when my hay fever allergies start to really flare up to the point where I have to use the cucumbers off my salad to depuff my eyes around lunchtime. Yesterday was officially the day. And to celebrate, I really brought out all the stops. Like some serious pink on pink action for ya. ahhh yeahhhhh.

hello dolly

Vintage dress, clutch and fur stole, Frye shoes, Ralph Lauren sunglasses

I found this vintage 70s dress recently at my favorite SF vintage store, Held Over in the Haight. I adore the color and of course, the adorable embroidered bib. And after a long and hard over a year long search, I finally found some classic tortoise cat-eye sunglasses that work on me, yay! Pretty cute, huh?

snapped!

Beyond Vintage top, House of Harlow sunglasses, Zara heels

My friend Heather snapped this quick pick of me the other night at the launch party for Alice & Olivia’s beautiful new store on Fillmore street. You must stop by the store if you’re in SF – it’s so bright and fun, and of course, totally girly. It was such a fun night topped by dinner at Pizza Delfina with blogging girlfriends Heather, Krystal, Anh and Christine and multiple bottles of wine, of course. As you can imagine, my Friday morning at work was a little tough! A great start to the weekend, though.

Hope you all have fun weekend plans! Hunger Games anyone? I’m seeing it tonight and I totally can’t wait

coming & going

Aritzia shirtdress worn as cardigan, Jigsaw lace camis, Madewell jeans, BR clutch (similar here), Rosenna Sammi bracelets, Zara heels

There is something about this rust color I just cannot get enough of – despite the fact that it is not your traditional ‘Spring’ color. It’s different (and thus, a huge part of why I like it), and looks amazing with my bright rainbow-colored bracelets. I have taken to wearing this amazing sheer silk shirtdress open like a cardigan over dresses and jeans.  It gives this work-wear staple more of a downtown edge. Plus, it then trails behind me dramatically when I walk. Win. Happy Thursday everyone!

mint moment

Aritzia sweater, James Perse skirt (sim here), Zara heels, Amer Apparel clutch, BR cocktail ring, M by MJ watch, Madewell spike bracelet, Essie Turquoise & Caicos nail polish, Cover Girl ‘Divine’ Lip Perfection lipstick

This is what I call my simple and relaxed chic mint moment.  I couldn’t help bringing it all full circle with the nails! I heart Spring.
